Any third-party fees (Government fees, Amazon/Flipkart advertising costs, etc.) are to be borne by the client unless stated otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability

Heera Group of Companies acts as a service provider. We are not liable for any losses resulting from marketplace algorithm changes (A9), account suspensions due to client-side policy violations, or government portal technical delays.
